This policy explains what information Belle collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you create an account or join a salon membership, we collect your name, email address and, when provided, your phone number. Salon owners provide salon details such as name, address, contact information, stylists and services. We also keep your membership, visit and booking records.
How we use it
To run your membership, confirm bookings, send reminders and set up new salons. We also use your contact details for account emails such as password resets.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored on Belle.
Sharing
We only share information with the services needed to run Belle: our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider and the salon you belong to. We never sell your information.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
